Russell Webb is a founding Managing Partner at Silver Oak Commercial Realty, a full-service real estate firm based in Grapevine, Texas. With more than 26 years of experience in commercial real estate, Russ specializes in land and building sales, leasing, investment properties, industrial land, and tenant/buyer representation. Since launching his career in 2001, he has closed over 300 transactions totaling more than $350 million.

Before co-founding Silver Oak in 2011, Russ spent a decade as Vice President at Stream Realty Partners, where he was consistently recognized as a top producer in the DFW market. He began his professional career as Sales Manager with Tulco Oils,Inc. and has held the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation since 2009.

In addition to his commercial expertise, Russ has built a strong niche in farm and ranch transactions, with deep experience across Throckmorton, Baylor, Young, Shackelford, and Stephens counties. An avid outdoorsman, he owns ranch and investment properties in West Texas and is passionate about both commercial and rural real estate.

A proud graduate of Texas Tech University, Russ earned his BBA in Marketing from the Rawls College of Business and currently serves on the Center for Real Estate Advisory Council. He is also actively involved in his community through leadership roles with Cross Timbers Rotary, Make-A-Wish North Texas, and local school district advisory boards.

Russ’s professional success and civic commitment have earned him multiple accolades, including Dallas Business Journal’s Heavy Hitter and Best Commercial Agent honors from Best of Denton County in 2018, 2022, and 2023.
