LeAnn Brown is a Managing Partner of Silver Oak Commercial Realty, LLC specializing in office, retail and industrial brokerage and leasing and land sales.

With a distinguished career spanning over three decades within the dynamic landscape of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, Ms. Brown brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Her extensive experience encompasses a diverse range of real estate transactions, including project leasing, investment sales across office retail, and multi-family sectors, owner/user properties, tenant representation, and land transactions.

Prior to co-founding Silver Oak Commercial, Ms. Brown played instrumental roles in shaping the Real estate landscape in Tarrant County. Notably, she spearheaded the development of a full-service Southlake brokerage office for Glacier Commercial Realty and was instrumental in expanding or establishing Project Leasing Divisions for Realty Capital/Coldwell Banker Commercial DFW and later Huff Brous McDowell Management, Inc. Her efforts culminated in over 1,500 executed lease and sales transactions, solidifying her reputation as a dynamic leader in the industry.

Ms. Brown’s portfolio boasts exclusive representation of more than 250 properties, comprising over 3 million square feet of office, medical, flex/industrial, land, special purpose, and retail space. Her adept handling of transactions has totaled over $150 million in sales across various real estate segments, including multi-family, office, retail, industrial, and land holdings. Her client-centric approach underscores her commitment to fostering enduring relationships, while her expertise in marketing, due diligence, leasing, and sales ensures comprehensive support at every stage of the real estate journey.
