Investor Acquires 34 Acres in Fort Worth, TX for Development

Fort Worth, TX – A significant commercial property transaction has been finalized on Cherry Lane in Fort Worth, Texas. The 34-acre property, zoned for Light Industrial and E use, was purchased by an investor represented by Russ Webb, CCIM, of Silver Oak Commercial Real Estate. The investor plans to develop 22 acres of the site, while Silver Oak will market the remaining 12 acres along Cherry Lane for future opportunities.

Glen Hahn with Innovative Developers represented the seller in the transaction. The deal was successfully negotiated by Russ Webb and Silver Oak, who worked on behalf of the investor/developer, including managing discussions with the City of Fort Worth.

Russ Webb sees great potential in the remaining 10-12 acres along Cherry Lane, particularly south of I-30, envisioning future medical or retail developments in this growing area of Fort Worth.

Silver Oak Commercial Realty and Russ Webb Announce the Sale of 3.8 Acres at Key Intersection in Potosi, TX.

Potosi, TX – Silver Oak Commercial Realty and Russ Webb, CCIM, proudly announce the successful sale of 3.8 acres at the prominent, lighted intersection of FM 1750 and FM 707 in southern Taylor County. This strategic property, located at the northwest corner of the intersection, was sold to Cefco (Fikes Wholesale, Inc.), based in Temple, Texas. This acquisition marks Cefco’s second location in Taylor County.

Russ Webb represented the seller, the Estate of Marie Felton Vinson, deceased, while Guy Slimp with Sensato, LLC represented the buyer. Russ and Silver Oak played integral roles in the transaction, conducting detailed traffic analysis, market comparisons, and comprehensive marketing efforts.

As a native Abilenian and Cooper High School graduate, Russ Webb continues to build on a successful streak of land and building sales throughout the Abilene area and broader Taylor County.
