Rose Marie Tomm’s journey with Silver Oak Commercial Realty started in July 2022 when she joined as an Administrative and Marketing Assistant. Recognized for her exceptional dedication and expertise, Rose quickly moved to the position of Office Manager in 2023. In her current role, she plays a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing client relationships, crafting property collateral, and providing invaluable support to the Silver Oak Partners.

With over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, Rose brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Her background includes experience in property management, thorough property research and managing property portfolios. Additionally, Rose creates the company’s marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive brand presence in the market.

Hailing from Fort Worth, Rose has a strong understanding of the DFW Metroplex, helping her to serve clients with precision and insight. Outside of her career, Rose is deeply committed to serving her community through various charity organizations and her church.

Family holds a special place in Rose’s heart, and she cherishes spending time with her husband and their son, who proudly served and has now retired from the United States Air Force. In her leisure time, Rose finds joy in the company of animals, exploring new destinations through travel, and immersing herself in the pages of a good book.
